- 1974–1980 — received a full higher medical education at the Chisinau State Medical Institute (Republic of Moldova) with a specialization in “General Medicine”, qualification as a doctor.
- 1980–1981 — completed an internship in “Obstetrics and Gynecology” at the Balti Maternity Hospital (Republic of Moldova), receiving the qualification of a specialist doctor.
